Sunday, April 10th, 2011 (today), there will be a meeting in Babcock basement at 9pm discussing where exactly our money is going. This will be the time to ask questions and debate whether you think free meals for club members at your expense is acceptable or not.
Also, if anyone has recording devices, you should bring them. Cameras, audio recorders, etc.
Just to be clear, I never saw ANY receipts, which I was led to believe would be there. CAB was able to supply their financial statements. I will say seeing $10,000 plus dollars next to semi-formal was quite a shock. I understand why it is so expensive now, but I am not happy with how much money is being spent on everything. Of course, that is my opinion. As for the meals, I still don't agree with it, but these groups feel justified, so I can't do much.
